The course is based on the A-EQUIP model. This focuses on nursing leadership and restorative clinical supervision. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to apply what you’ve learned in practice as a PNA.
This is a blended multidisciplinary course designed for registered healthcare professionals. It's taught collectively to include allied health care professionals, nurses and midwives.

- This is a postgraduate certificate for registered nurses. You must be on part one of the register and able to show recent Level 6 or 7 study. This doesn't include nursing associate roles.
- You need to complete two modules before starting the course. This is through the NHS elearning for healthcare hub(opens in new tab). We'll need you to confirm you've completed these when you submit your application.
