The Courses for Aviation English Raters at Mayflower College prepare experienced aviation professionals and English language trainers to assess spoken English according to ICAO language proficiency descriptors.
Why Aviation English Raters (Online) at Mayflower College?
Delivered live through Zoom, the course covers pronunciation, fluency, interaction, grammatical structure, vocabulary and comprehension. You will analyse authentic test performances, practise applying ICAO rating standards and complete a final assessment involving five speech samples.
The course lasts one week, includes 25 hours of instruction and awards a certificate upon successful completion.
