This workshop is suitable for healthcare professionals who are training to support students. The Practice Supervisor must be a Registered health and social care professional. This means that they must be registered with a professional regulator such as the NMC, GMC, GPhC, HCPC or Social Work England; or with a professional health and social care organisation accredited by the PSA. This not only includes registered nursing associates but also includes ‘enrolled’ nurses and registered care home managers (NMC, 2024).Please note your organisation/education team may require notification of your request to complete the practice supervisor preparation workshop.
