Features
Level 1 focuses on expanding and deepening knowledge of building and maintaining relationship and developing narratives in collaboration with the helped. Level 1 & 2 focus on exercising and reflecting on application of the model in practice. This Coaching, Rethinking and Replanning Towards a Balanced Life course is offered at the University of Roehampton.
Programme Structure
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:- Explain the contributing and determining factors in one’s sense of wholeness, satisfaction with self and world
- Identify the one’s own needs and the way it is addressed through what people Do or Not Do
- Demonstrating knowledge and skills of building a professional helper-helpee relationship
- Indicating where appropriate to employ the suggested model as an intervention
- Implementing and applying the model for case studies
