The development of critical thinking

What I value most about my university experience is that from the very beginning, we were strongly encouraged to think for ourselves. The courses and classes were designed not only to transmit information, but to help us truly understand it and develop our own critical perspective. Participation was always promoted, together with innovative dynamics that adapted to ongoing changes in the field. As a faculty of communication, current affairs were regularly discussed to challenge misinformation and content saturation. If there is one aspect that could be improved, it would be making some courses more practical, allowing students to experience and apply the theory more directly. That said, the professors were outstanding. Their constant questioning helped me understand that there are no better or worse projects, but rather different levels of effort, research, dedication, references, argumentation, time, and, ultimately, judgment.
