Housing services
- Students can request accommodation when completing their course application for the Summer School, with the exception of Pre-University students as their course will be delivered entirely online.
- Accommodation will be in University of Edinburgh halls of residence, and places are limited. As such, we cannot guarantee availability and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Accommodation bookings will begin the Saturday prior to the course start date, and finish the Saturday following the course end date. We are unable to offer alternative check in / checkout dates unfortunately.
- If we can provide you with an accommodation placement, details will be included in your course booking confirmation and payment will be due at the same time as your course fee.

At the University of Edinburgh Summer School, you'll be based in the heart of the city and will have the chance to spend time in Scotland's amazing capital city.

With Edinburgh’s stunning architecture and winding streets, it’s easy to see why both our neo-classical New Town and medieval Old Town have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
