Our CareerBlast event, the largest career fair in Western Massachusetts, had a record-breaking 1700 students and 130 employers in attendance.
The mission of the Student Services Office is to provide friendly and reliable resource and service centers for residents, prospective students, parents and University staff. Student Services Student Staff members play a vital role in our department through their service to our UMass Amherst resident communities.
The Library welcomes gifts in all forms, including donations to the annual fund and endowments, planned gifts, sponsorships, and gifts of materials. We accept gifts by check (made out to "University of Massachusetts Amherst") and credit card, and we are also happy to help you set up recurrent giving through your debit card, make a planned gift, or give a gift of securities/stock.
The Center for Health Promotion (CHP) offers programs and events about health and well-being. We promote responsible decision-making regarding alcohol and other drug use, on campus and in the community. We are home to the BASICS program, MyStudentBody and support services for students in recovery. Peer Health Education and the Not Ready for Bedtime Players are part of CHP.
Campus Recreation, an integral part of the educational mission of the University of Massachusetts and Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life, provides comprehensive recreation and student development opportunities, as well as exceptional programs, services and facilities.
