The main root of the current Zhejiang University, Qiushi Academy, was founded in 1897 and was one of the earliest modern academies of higher education in China. Since 1901 Qiushi Academy had its name changed several times, and even was once suspended.

The Foreign Experts and Overseas Students Service Center of Zhejiang University is responsible for providing services such as accommodation, food and drink, management of the classrooms within the building of the International College.
International students who need to live in campus will be allocated by the university according to their majors, campuses where they will take their lectures. Necessities include beddings, desk and bookshelf, air-conditioning, hot water supply, campus wired and wireless network.
With a total space of 86,000 square meters, the university libraries has a collection of more than 6,830,000 volumes. In addition, the library has introduced over 400 electronic databases in all disciplines, including over 1,700,000 e-books, over 79,480 full-text journals in different languages.
Zhejiang University Computer Center, located in Zijjingang Campus, Xixi Campus and Huajiachi Campus, is an important information center responsible for teaching computer as a fundamental course, the Center possesses the highest-caliber training equipment in Zhejiang, including the Cisco Systems and standard computer rooms with over 3,000 computers.

My experience at Zhengzhou University as a Pharmacy student has been generally positive. The Pharmacy program is well-structured, and most professors are knowledgeable and supportive, especially in explaining complex concepts and guiding us through practical work. The university provides good laboratory facilities and learning resources, which are very helpful for pharmacy studies. One of the best aspects is the diverse international student community, which allows you to interact with people from different cultures. However, communication can sometimes be challenging, especially for international students, and administrative processes may take longer than expected. Overall, I would recommend Zhengzhou University to students who want a solid education in Pharmacy at an affordable cost. With some improvements in communication and student support, the experience could be even better.
