Career fairs are organised.Attending a career fair is one of the more exciting ways to meet employers to introduce yourself, share your qualifications, and leave behind a resume. But before you go, you should prepare yourself. Here is a list of suggestions to better prepare yourself prior to attending a career fair:
Identify which employers are attending the career fair.
Research employers that you are interested in visiting.
Plan what you are going to wear at least three days before the career fair. You don't want to have a wrinkled shirt or not have clean, matching socks. Check out Dress for Success.
Print off extra resumes to share with recruiters and employers you may not be preparing to visit with.
Advising for prospective and enrolled international undergraduate and graduate students on matters such as immigration requirements, employment, health and personal issues, and academic problems
Study abroad student advising for a variety of program types and lengths abroad, as well as marketing and events to promote study abroad and global learning
On-campus programming and activities with an international focus such as International Week, the World iView Speaker Series and Cultural Coffee Hour
The Department of Residence Life supports students by providing a vibrant, healthy place to live and learn. You must request break housing because the residence hall license contract does not include housing costs during breaks.

Campus Attractions (CA) is dedicated to serving the North Dakota State University community by providing educational, cultural, social and recreational programs and activities through a wide variety of resources. CA works hard to provide NDSU students with many unique and entertaining opportunities including but not limited to Club NDSU, late night events, hypnotist, concerts, speakers, and free weekly movies. Campus Attractions is a student-run programming board that is always trying to add exciting events to the NDSU campus. The Wellness Center's Intramural Sports program gives students, staff, and faculty the opportunity to participate in a variety of intramural activities throughout the academic year. Students must be enrolled in at least one credit. Participants must present valid NDSU ID at each event. All individual intramural sports cost $7.50 per participant. An all inclusive yearly intramural pass may be purchased for $25.00. This pass allows access to unlimited participation.
