Since 1975, when our first law class graduated, Delaware Law has been a trusted resource in the region. Delaware Law School has educated 12,500+ alumni, many of whom have risen to positions of leadership on the bench and in the bar. 

Delaware Law School is a vibrant community with a diverse student body in both full and part-time programs, a distinguished faculty, and a dedicated staff.

Nearly 12,500+ alumni practice locally and throughout the world; among them are current and past presidents of the Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey bar associations and 224 judges, including a sitting Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and a sitting Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Our training is comprehensive. We equip aspiring lawyers with strong academics and emphasize experiential learning in institutes, clinics, and externships.  We instruct paralegals and legal nurse practitioners who need certification for their work. We train professionals in compliance with legal regulations. We provide continuing legal education to ensure that attorneys stay current on new laws and best practices.
