I completed a five-month shrimp farming technician program and worked as an administrative supervisor at a shrimp farm for two months. Additionally, I worked as a staff member in the Department of Fisheries and Marine Sciences at a state university in Lampung, serving as a laboratory technician specializing in ornamental and food fish hatcheries as well as fish grow-out operations.
Everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and professional. Thank you
The teachers were supportive, and I gained useful knowledge during my studies. However, the biggest issue was the delay in completing the program. It was supposed to take three years, but because of administrative and organizational problems, it took much longer than expected. This delay affected my future study and career plans. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I believe the university should improve its program management and ensure students can graduate on time.
