Alhamdulillah

I really liked the depth and breadth of the material – it felt like a genuine university-level exploration rather than a superficial overview. The blend of rigorous theory, historical context, and cutting-edge developments kept things intellectually stimulating without ever feeling dry. I especially appreciated how the course encouraged connecting ideas across disciplines (philosophy, cognitive science, computer science, neuroscience) and how it challenged me to question my own assumptions about intelligence and consciousness. The readings were excellent, the lectures were clear and engaging, and the assignments actually pushed me to think creatively rather than just regurgitate information. What could be improved: pacing in the middle section felt a bit rushed – some of the more technical topics (like transformer architectures and scaling laws) could have used an extra week or more structured scaffolding for people without a strong ML background. A few of the discussion prompts were a bit repetitive, and I would have loved more interactive elements (live debates, guest speakers, or small-group breakout sessions). The final project guidelines were solid, but more intermediate milestones or feedback checkpoints would have helped manage the scope better. Overall summary of my study experience: It was one of the most rewarding and mind-expanding learning experiences I’ve had. Challenging but fair, broad yet deep, and genuinely transformative in how I think about intelligence (both artificial and natural). I came away with not just more knowledge, but a sharper framework for reasoning about where AI is heading and what it means. Highly recommend it to anyone seriously curious about the field – it’s demanding, but absolutely worth the effort.

“Learning, Challenges, and Real Progress”

My study experience has honestly been a journey I’m grateful for. What I liked most was the sense of support around me—teachers who were willing to explain things twice, friends who turned stressful days into something lighter, and the feeling of learning something new every day. The practical parts of the course were my favourite because they helped me see how what I was studying actually works in real life. Of course, there were things that could be better. Sometimes communication wasn’t clear, and there were moments when we needed more hands-on practice or better facilities. Small improvements like that would make the experience even stronger for future students. Overall, I’d describe my study experience as meaningful and full of growth. It wasn’t always easy, but it shaped me, taught me discipline, and showed me what I’m capable of. I’m walking away proud, thankful, and ready for what comes next.
