Best Global Universities Rankings by U.S. News & World Report presents all the top universities from the U.S. and 60 other countries around the world. They measure the rate of students going to their second year of studies, as well as the rate of students who graduate. It also asks university representatives on the performance of universities, and evaluates university resources, teacher salaries, graduation rates, student academic achievements and satisfaction. After calculating and comparing these criteria, U.S. News ranks the top international universities accordingly.
Housing services
International House Buildings A and B are university dormitories for international students. Tutor-organized events including welcome parties for new residents are occasionally held at the International House.
Library services
- Gifu University Library provides faculty members and students with a large collection of books, periodicals, and other materials for their research activities.
- The collection exceeds 890,000 volumes, to which about 8,000 volumes are added annually. This collection consists of over 600,000 volumes of Japanese books and 290,000 volumes of foreign books, including 17,000 periodicals.
Medical services
- The Health Administration Center provides guidance for the creation and implementation of campus health plans and offers a wide range of services based on physical examinations.
