Student services
AIHM offers comprehensive support for students, ensuring a smooth transition and enriching educational experience. This includes pre-arrival visa assistance for international students and a new student chat group for early networking.
We provide cultural integration activities and accommodation support to help students settle in. The Student Committee and Enrichment Club offer social, leadership, and personal development opportunities. Our Student Engagement Team also provides ongoing support, including counseling and career guidance, to ensure your success at AIHM.
Housing services
Bangkok offers a wide range of accommodation options for students. The Student Engagement Teams will provide a list of recommended places to suit different budgets. Many students choose serviced residences within walking distance of campus, and we are happy to support you with living arrangements. The riverside area is safe, peaceful, and ideal for student life, with shops, cafes, and some of the city’s top attractions nearby.
ICT services
Students must bring their own laptop. iPads and other devices may be used for notetaking. You're responsible for device upkeep, software, and virus protection. Campus WiFi is available. Save files on cloud storage, USBs, or external drives. A free Microsoft Office 365 subscription is provided, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive for academic use.
Medical services
If you have a medical condition, please inform us during application so we can support you appropriately. Your information is confidential and only shared when needed for your wellbeing. Bangkok has excellent hospitals, and our team can assist. Accident insurance is included in your fees—report incidents within 24 hours. Contact us for extra health or travel insurance.
Campus life
The Bangkok campus is located within the Minor riverside complex, with two luxury hotels, over 600 rooms, a dozen dining outlets, an award-winning spa, and event facilities for up to 2,000 guests on site. The only programme in the world with this set-up, students are constantly learning from hotel professionals, and can practise and perfect their skills with real-life guests.
The Pattaya campus, another of Thailand’s tourism hubs, has been designated for field trips to study resort-style operations.
