ZEBS-Zurich Elite Business School GmbH, a new Business School established in 2004 in Zurich, is committed to providing a world-class education in business administration, to helping fellows achieve excellence in their academic and professional careers and companies develop and strengthen their most valuable asset: people.
The IMP is an intensive, 24-month, post-graduate program designed to prepare high-potential graduates from top universities for high-level positions in the European industry and service sectors. The program takes place in Europe, mostly in German speaking countries. ZEBS MBA courses are taught by world class professors, consultants and senior managers from major corporations.
Each fellow is provided with a Coach, from the beginning of the program. Coaches help the student to identify career goals, assess personal strengths and weaknesses, and devise an action plan and roadmap for a successful career. Based on our extensive experience, knowledge and close ties with the business community, we provide students with a solid foundation of support and expertise to lead them in the right direction.
The accommodation that is provided is in luxurious premises close to the historic city of Athens. The programme offers spacious rooms of 4 beds. Extra care is taken so that there is a mix of nationalities of the same gender in each room with no big variance in age. At our summer school you will find a superb choice of healthy food options. All meals and refreshments are provided free of charge. Students can also use a wide variety of sports facilities and equipment, and attend various entertainment events that are offered in the school.

Overall, I have a positive experience with this program. The course helped me build a better understanding of the subject, and I learned any useful skills that I can apply in my future career. I think the program could be improved by including more hands-on activity and real world case study.

As a Business Administration student specializing in Human Resource Management, I gained a solid understanding of organizational behavior, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, leadership, and strategic human resource practices. The university provided a supportive learning environment with dedicated lecturers who encouraged critical thinking, discipline, and continuous improvement. Beyond the classroom, I had opportunities to develop leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through academic activities and extracurricular engagements. One of the most valuable aspects of my experience was interacting with students from diverse backgrounds, which broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to work effectively with different people—an essential quality for any Human Resource professional.
