Industry‑Linked Business School

It is a really good business school with really good teachers which share a lot of their knowledge. There are many teachers with have their own company so that is really helpful because you can learn from someone who actually puts into practice what he learned in university.

My insights

I enjoyed studying here for the past 3 semesters. The professors are really knowledgeable and are passionate with their classes. Courses vary, so I was able to learn many different topics and skills during the time here. The administrative staff are super helpful. The cafeteria food is quite pricey and the choice are not that great. When I did my Bachelor in Finland I could pay around 2,60 euros for salad, bread, main dish, and drinks, while here you would pay around 4 for dried potatoes and a protein of your choice (fish, etc.), no veggies whatsoever, I think that it is quite tough if you would stay on campus for more than half a day. There are cheaper dish option but does not look quite filling, e.g. 2 pancakes or 4 potato pies for lunch. The facility is alright, the building is beautiful on the outside but somehow feels quite empty inside. The Wi-Fi is not great as sometimes you could not reach it if sitting in certain classrooms, so would be frustrating if you are doing some required research or Kahoot during lectures. During 2022 there were a lot of constructions going on (in the hall or in the elevator), so it always feels quite messy, maybe it has changed now. But overall, I like my experience here and would recommend.

Platform to Learn

A great institute to learn in Berlin. I am enrolled in for masters program and I must say that the professors are very educated and they share their valuable experience that helps us understand the concepts even better. They deliver such great content and the assignments are given in such a way that everyone learns.
