Ich finde es toll, dass an der Uni Halle im Bereich Mathematik alles sehr familiär ist. Der Campus ist wunderschön und es gibt leckeres (auch veganes) Essen in der Mensa.
I really like the university and the campus. U will find quiet places to work but also enough people to talk with. First year students will get a lot of support. There is a week before the lectures are starting. You will get to know the city and the campus so you won’t get lost. You will also get help for your homework during the first and second semester in the “Mathetreff” where you can also find friends. The professors are friendly. All in all it’s familiar at the Math campus. It’s also the campus for physics and chemistry.

My undergraduate experience has been both challenging and transformative. It transformed me from a student who simply memorised biological facts into an analytical thinker who questions data and perseveres through failed experiments. It has provided me with the resilient mindset and foundational laboratory discipline necessary to succeed. I am now fully prepared to bring this dedication to a specialised Master’s programme, where I can build upon my strengths and address the technical gaps in my profile."
