Beyond 5G - Enabling Technologies, Opportunities and Research Challenges Ahead
The Summer School "Beyond 5G: Enabling Technologies, Opportunities and Research Challenges Ahead" is organized to offer 6 ECTS (48 hours of front lessons) in the broad field of 5G and beyond 5G (B5G) networks, targeting an audience of Bachelor (last year), Master and PhD students, early stage researchers and practitioners from Academia or Industry.

Summer Student at Fermilab and Other US Laboratories
The Summer Student at Fermilab and Other US Laboratories Certificate from University of Pisa physics students will be trained in the research groups working on the new Fermilab initiatives, or in the Fermilab group which collaborates with the CMS experiment at CERN, or in the theory group.

Fluid Machinery and Energy Systems Engineering
The Winter School is dedicated to PhD students who perform their research activities in the field of fluid machinery and energy systems engineering, including turbomachinery, internal combustion engines, energy conversion systems, power plants, renewable energy systems and innovative energy systems.

Microwaves and mm-waves for the Design of Advanced Wireless Links: Communication, Sensing and Power Transfer
Through 48 hours of lectures, the program offers a comprehensive introduction to electromagnetics (EM) and its application to the design of communication systems, radar and sensing technologies, wireless networks, and high-frequency circuits. It awards 6 ECTS credits and is offered both on campus, and online.

Fiber-Optic Sensing for Geological, Geophysical and Environmental Applications
Fiber-optic sensing has rapidly emerged as a transformative tech for monitoring/understanding many geological, geophysical & environmental processes. By exploiting existing TC infrastructure or purpose-built cables, it enables high-resolution measurements across large spatial/temporal scales, opening new perspectives in environmental monitoring, natural hazard assessment & geophysical exploration.

Human-Centric ICT for Industry 5.0
The Summer School will focus on methodologies and ICT technologies for an autonomous, sustainable, resilient, and human-centered industry. It will provide an analysis of both the state of the art and frontier research in the field of ICT technologies for Industry 5.0, such as Artificial Intelligence, Embodied Intelligence, Human-Centric Systems, Smart Material Devices, and Future Networks.

The City and the Water
The International Summer School “The City and the Water”, since 2014, is a Design Full-Time Workshop, aimed at investigating the complex relationships between the built environment and the water, in its broadest meaning of environmental resource, and therefore including seaside, rivers, lakes and water resources.
Summer School on Regulation of Energy Utilities
The Summer School on Regulation of Energy Utilities program from Florence School of Transnational Governance will give you a comprehensive understanding of the regulation of distribution, transmission and generation, wholesale and retail markets, demand response and the future of power systems and regulation.
Digital and Sustainable Industrial Systems
The Summer School is organized and hosted by the DTG (Department of Management and Engineering) upon the proposal of its four Master's Degree Programs taught in English: Food Industry Engineering, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering for Product Innovation, and Mechatronics Engineering.
Energy Transitioning
This Energy Transitioning summer school offered by University of Antwerp equips you with essential knowledge and green skills to navigate the complexities of transitioning to zero-carbon energy systems.
