Overview
The creative environment will enable you to pursue your individual fashion styling aspirations, while links to industry projects will provide you with real and practical experience. Working independently and through teamwork, you will develop a portfolio that demonstrates relevant fashion and business skills, including developing, planning and delivering your own designs in areas including advertising, fashion, retail, merchandising and beauty.
Potential Career Paths
An array of roles within the broader fashion industry including fashion stylist, wardrobe designer, costume designer, visual merchandiser, PR and brand management, art direction, fashion researcher, design assistant and production co-ordinators amongst many other roles.

What you will study
You will be introduced to the practical and technical aspects of working in fashion styling, studying everything from trend prediction and customer awareness, to branding, merchandising, fashion promotion and retail. In preparation for setting up your own business You'll also be introduced to aspects of financing and managing a company.How you will study

Typical entry requirements:HNC, HND and Foundation Degrees – You would usually need a relevant BTEC level 3 profile of Merit/Pass or Pass/Pass/Pass; or DD at A level; or DE grades at A level plus C in Welsh Baccalaureate; or Access to HE where you have achieved a Pass Diploma with 45 level 3 credits (all Passes). Additionally, GCSE passes at grade C or above in three subjects to include Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent).Work experience
