While player recruitment is one of the most important aspects of running a club, it is also one of the least understood processes. For that reason, we look into five different sciences that support better decision making in the recruitment of players.
These five sciences are:
- Viable System Model. (VSM)
- Cybernetic Big Five Theory (Cb5T)
- Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM)
- Subjective Bayesian statistics
- Triangulation.
Audience
This course is for students and professionals in the field of social, exact, or technical sciences who want to know more about changing organisational behaviour through positive reinforcement within professional football club
