Key Features of the Project Monitoring, Controlling and Closing course from the University of Winnipeg - PACE
Project objectives are met when monitored and controlled. Measuring performance against project baselines, assessing deviations from expectations, and implementing corrective actions to meet the project plan are requirements of a controlled project.
In the project’s closing stage actions are finalized and the total project is reviewed to determine whether objectives have been met and if any lessons have been learned.
Programme Structure
Topics in the course will include
- controlling procurement; measuring stakeholder management and communication;
- monitoring human resources,
- quality, and risk; and
- reviewing final project.
