Overview
The topic of leadership is more relevant than ever in today’s world. The overwhelming interest in leadership is evident, not only in the countless search results when you Google the topic but also in the growing demand for effective leadership skills. Leadership is not merely a theoretical concept; it is fundamentally about who you are and what you do. Within an organisational context, this means navigating vision, strategy, power, and influence with skill and confidence.
Developing your personal leadership style and values will be a central theme throughout the programme. Leadership is a very broad topic. This course tackles only part of the subject of leadership and will be a combination of theoretical concepts and practical exercises.
At the end of the course you have:
- acquired insights in your personal value system and leadership strengths and weaknesses.
- acquired insights in your personal sources of power and how to use and extend these
- acquired insight in how leadership can be effective in the context of your organisation
