Overview
The Project Management for Sanitation course at the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education discusses project management cycle and results-based project management.
The participants work in groups to develop a sanitation project proposal and implementation plan – (i) context analysis; (ii) stakeholder analysis; (iii) specific problem analysis (iv) theory of change; (v) risk assessment and mitigation; (vi) task planning; (vii) project budget & VFM and (viii) MEL indicators.

- Develop a coherent and consistent project proposal (sanitation)
