Overview
About the course
The Introduction to Product Design course at the University of the Arts London (UAL) focuses on project-based learning and hands-on experimentation predominantly by sketching and model-making. Different theories and industry topics within product design will be introduced, followed by practical tasks to give students the opportunity to apply these concepts in practice.
These will be assigned as practical homework tasks to maximise students learning during the 6-week course. Students will be asked to upload tasks prior to the live sessions so they can receive constructive feedback and receive sufficient support during the course.
