Applicants must meet one of the following criteria
- Proof of BS degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution, or
- Proof of a BS degree from an accredited institution AND current enrollment in a Doctor of Pharmacy program AND proof of completion of required Foundational Knowledge coursework
- Minimum 3.0 GPA recommended
