Key facts
There are 25 hours of instruction per week. During SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities' English Language Summer School course, students improve their speaking, listening, comprehension, grammar, reading and writing skills. The program focuses on equipping them with language skills necessary for analysis and comprehension of academic texts and for critical assessment of complex theories and terms. Students also learn about some aspects of Polish culture, such as film, history, literature, art and music.
Programme Structure
- The course starts with a written and oral assessment test, which allows us to place students in groups appropriate to their English competency. Learning at the appropriate level ensures rapid skill development and allows participants to communicate with an increasing ease and confidence.

General requirements
- The program is designed for students, who have already reached CEFR A2+ level of English proficiency and wish to improve their skills to the B2 or C1 level. Students study in groups appropriate to their skill level, which ensures rapid improvement of their English competency.
