Data protection professionals are increasingly required to be experts in privacy regulations as well as well-versed in PDPA from the operations perspective.
This PDPA - An Operational Perspective course at Singapore Management University covers the 10 Obligations and DNC of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act from an operational and information life cycle perspective.
Participants will learn best practices and identify the risks for complying with the PDPA as well as enforcement cases from the PDPC.
