At the end of the Psychological Sciences for Work and Living course at Singapore Management University, participants will be able to:

- Discover your own values and how they affect your world views
- Assess/ Evaluate the needs affecting humans and your own needs
- Analyse how personality, needs, values and belief systems affect our work effectiveness and life preferences
- Learn what we can do to be effective in the different domains of our lives
