At the end of the course, participants will be able to:- Understand "Digital Interfaces", "Automation", and "Data Analytics" can be applied to process, product, and service design
- Use "App Wireframe", "Robotic Process Automation", and "Instrumentation" to enhance process, product, and service experiences
