Overview
What you will study
The Nutrition in Medicine programme offered by ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology is designed to provide a solid understanding of nutrition in relation to disease prevention and health for medical practitioners and related fields.
After a brief introduction to the basic concepts of nutrition and digital nutrition monitoring, specific topics in nutrition and metabolic diseases and nutrition and aging will be covered in depth. Other topics include the interactions between nutrition and health and the latest developments in personalised nutrition.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to assess the potential of nutrition in the context of disease treatment and prevention and evaluate appropriate therapies.
