Preventing injury is a key factor to achieving greatness in sports. The difference between success and failure in sports can depend on a simple factor: correcting a poor training technique. The Sports Injury Prevention course offered by Waseda University takes both a scientific and a practical approach to reducing sports-related injuries. Students will learn how to record musculoskeletal injuries, perform baseline measures, identify risk factors, examine injury mechanisms, develop interventions, and assess implementation strategies.
