What you will study

The Advanced Course in Union Rights and Negotiations offered by University of Pretoria specifically looks at the collective bargaining process in terms of the workplace environment, organisational rights under the Act, general negotiation principles and strategies, as well as labour relations negotiations. During the course, you will acquire practical skills to negotiate and implement collective labour agreements and become knowledgeable in promoting economic development, social justice, labour peace and democracy in the workplace.
