Overview
Participants will learn to create project scopes, break down work structures, use Gantt charts and network diagrams, assess and manage risks, and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to track performance.
Course assessments include assignments, a class test, and a summative exam, all contributing to a practical, industry-relevant credential. A quality-assured certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg is issued on successful completion.
Outcomes
By the end of the Fundamentals of Project Management course, the student should be able to:
