Objectives
The learning objectives of the Technology Law Fundamentals course offered by Singapore University of Technology and Design are:
- Navigate typical provisions in technology contracts
- Identify and manage common issues in technology IP rights
- Identify and mitigate business risks in technology transactions
- Implement strategies to handle cybersecurity and data breach incidents
- Understand key requirements of the Cybersecurity Act ("CA"), the Computer Misuse Act ("CMA") and the Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA")
