By taking the Sustainable Asset Management course offered by Asia University, Taiwan , you will become more capable of thinking critically and self-learning confidently-- skills that will lead to success in the future. An introduction to the concepts, functions, processes, and objectives of logistics and supply chain management activities. The course covers the planning, organizing, and controlling of such activities, and examines the role of supply chain processes in creating sustainable competitive advantage with respect to quality, flexibility, lead-time, and cost. It develops a comprehensive theory of competitive advantage based on entrepreneurial value creation and appropriation mechanism and explains the phenomena of competitive advantage creation in a firm with a dynamic environment.
