What you will learn
After completion of the Basic Principles for Operations Management programme offered by North-West University (NWU) course, participants will:

General requirements
- Participants entering this short learning programme must have completed the National Senior Certificate or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Participants who are earmarked by an organisation as managers.
- Participants should have the potential for advancement and require basic skills such as problem-solving, leadership, communication, marketing, sales, and customer service skills or have knowledge thereof.
- NQF 4 or equivalent, background knowledge with adequate business experience.
Tuition Fee
- Fees are determined annually and are available on request.
