Key facts
Cape Peninsula University of Technology's Introduction to Pattern and Garment Technology course provides delegates with a basic understanding of pattern making, garment construction, quality and fabric types and suitability. Delegates will be required to make their own patterns from technical drawings to constructing the garments, using the most suitable fabric in the most cost effective construction methods.

This course is ideally suited for trainee quality controllers and trainee garment technologists as it provides delegates with the basic technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of garment construction required. Grade 12 is required as well
