Courses include:
- MODULE 1 focuses on creating an understanding of the ‘CONCEPT OF WORLD CLASS OPERATIONS’, the ‘DRIVERS OF WORLD CLASS OPERATIONS’ and the ‘’MEASURES OF WORLD CLASS OPERATIONS’.
- MODULE 2 focuses creating and UNDERSTANDING OF CURRENT OPERATIONAL REALITIES via the use of PROCESS- and VALUE STREAM MAPPING.
- MODULE 3 focuses creating an understanding of the PROCESS OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT against the backdrop of the SIX SIGMA METHODOLOGY.
- MODULE 4 focuses on THE PRINCIPLES OF LEAN and specifically the application of a selection of TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES to be used when implementing LEAN.
- MODULE 5 focusses on the creating an UNDERSTANDING OF THE THEORY OF CONSTRAINTS as a practical approach to Continuous Improvement.
