What you will study
What do lawyers need to know about the technology underlying artificial intelligence and the mechanics of machine learning? What’s so important about data set creation and acquisition? How are companies actually using Artificial Intelligence in different products and services? What questions should lawyers ask when confronted with AI systems that are making “decisions” that carry inherent risks, such as criminal guilt and tort liability?
