What you will learn
The Strategies for Building and Leading Diverse Organizations program offered by Harvard University will help you learn about the role of diversity in enhancing organizational effectiveness as well as building better relationships with diverse populations.
Developed by Harvard Kennedy School faculty and led by Faculty Chair Dr. Robert Livingston, this program will challenge you to think deeply through both internal and external issues at your agency or company. You will discover how diverse organizations realize performance advantages by attracting the best and brightest. And after experiencing this unique blend of lectures, group work, class discussions, case studies, and guest speakers, you will return to your organization with a deeper appreciation for the value of diversity.
