- Considerations given when planning CPD activity. Justification of the choices related to personal and professional development
- Methods of evaluating the impact of CPD in the workplace. Demonstrating the value to current employers/future employers and stakeholders
- Critical thinking skills, reflection, models of reflection and their usefulness in CPD
