In the ever-evolving digital landscape, the regulation of digital platforms has emerged as a critical and intricate challenge that demands a multifaceted solution. As these platforms continue to shape the way we communicate, conduct business, and access information, a comprehensive understanding of their regulatory framework becomes paramount. In this context, the Summer School aims to provide a comprehensive and interdisciplinary examination of the legal implications associated with digital platforms. To this end, the lectures will be delivered not only by Law Professors but also by distinguished scholars from various scientific disciplines and researchers from the CNR (National Research Council).

Tuition fees are waived for students enrolled in the European Master in Law, Data and Artificial Intelligence (EMILDAI).

The program will be activated also in distance learning mode (TEAMS platform).

  • The purpose of this Summer School is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of key concepts and challenges related to the regulation of digital platforms. 

  • Through interdisciplinary discussions, expert insights, and practical exercises, the program aims to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex legal and ethical landscape of the digital platform ecosystem. It also allows participants to connect with peers, experts, and potential mentors, cultivating valuable relationships and collaborations in the EMILDAI Program and beyond.
