Are you naturally more composed or dynamic? Empathetic or resolute? This course uses a personalized profile that helps you discover and understand your own mindsets. It teaches you to recognize and value other mindsets. You will also be better equipped to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. Upon completion of this course, you will prepare an action plan to apply your new knowledge and skills across your team and organization.
Note: This course requires the completion of an online questionnaire prior to the start date. Details, including a link to the questionnaire, will be emailed to registrants ahead of time. The estimated time required to complete the profile is 15-minutes.
