What you will study
In the Strategic Planning course offered by University of New Brunswick , the importance of having a strategic plan for an organization will be outlined as well as the need for involvement of key staff in the process and the integration of planning at various levels in the department. You will then learn what a typical strategic plan looks like, and how such a plan can be developed following a model.

- Identify the role, importance and purpose of strategic planning in the fast-changing world of business, government and non-profit organizations.
- Identify the 11 major components of a typical strategic plan.
- Identify the key elements of the process that results in a strategic plan.
- Experience the challenges of developing and presenting a realistic strategic plan.
