Diversity in the workplace is an important issue that all employees in any organization need to understand. Today, more and more organizations are creating cultures that support diversity and inclusion by respecting, developing and utilizing each employee's differences to create a competitive strength. This Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace course offered by University of New Brunswick will cover that.
