Through exploring a variety of scientific and community resources, as well as practical exercises, this Growing Microgreens at Home course from Laurentian University: enhances curiosity and confidence about growing microgreens, improves access to nutrient dense foods, promotes a greater understanding of biological principles and shares knowledge about fundamental concepts of functional nutrition.
