Overview
What you will study
Self-regulation is emerging a key factor for quality of life in terms of well-being and level of functioning, not just for those who face dysfunction in certain areas but also for those who simply want more out of life.
Following the theoretical component, the Self-Regulation, Self-Actualization, and Well-Being workshop offered by Trent University will break into groups and complete activities designed to help you turn theory into practice by applying it to your own life. Lastly, we will reconvene as a group for a brief sharing period - for those who are comfortable, followed by a meditation to reflect on the day's teachings.
