- Submit proof of graduation from or enrolment Grade 12, including one credit of:
- Grade 12 English
- If you completed 3 years of full-time high school in a Manitoba French Immersion or Division scolaire franco-manitobaine (DSFM) School, you meet English language requirements.
- If not, submit proof of meeting an ELR option within 15 days of applying.
