In this  Critical Reflection in Practice course at the University of Tasmania you will uncover the art of critical reflection by learning a simple four-step process. You will discover how to learn from your experiences, hone-in strengths or weaknesses, re-evaluate your decisions, recognise and eliminate bad habits, and generate new ideas and ways of working for the future. You will also improve your interpersonal skills by learning how to become more self-aware and empathetic of other people’s perspectives.
