Overview
What you will study
Clinical practice can be challenging under normal circumstances, and it can be very stressful in times of change and upheaval, such as during a pandemic. In order to perform at your best, you must have resilience skills. Resilience is more than simply ‘bouncing back’: it is the capacity to maintain growth through hardships and emerge from challenges stronger than before. Research shows that resilience is the key for success and satisfaction in life. This Clinician Resilience During COVID-19 course offered by University of Melbourne will discuss that.
